Dear Ed:

Michael and I would like to extend our sincere gratitude to you for accepting the difficult task of building our home.  In the very beginning stages of interviewing several builders, we knew immediately that you were different from all of the other builders we had spoken with – you were the one to build our home.  Your professionalism, directness, honesty, dedication, frugalness (to our benefit) and perfectionism proved to be far beyond our expectations.  Additionally, we were never concerned about quality of materials used or any structural decisions you made – we saw the home being transformed from the ground up and this home is truly a well-built, high-quality home.  

Michael and I never felt that we were just “another number” or “another face” that was forgotten the minute we left your office.  You personally got to know us and took on the responsibility of understanding our needs and, mostly, our wants.  I will always remember your words after every conversation we had- “I just want to make you happy, and when you’re happy, I’m Happy.”  You were always willing to find a way to fulfill our requests (and you did) while working within our tight cost restraints.  (Our tastes were always more expensive than our budget could afford, but you always had a solution that benefited us.)  Last, but not least, we want to also personally thank Debbie Peed who was so supportive during the building process.  I will always cherish Debbie’s wonderfully kind attitude, friendliness, and beautiful smile each time I phoned your home (not office, mind you). If there is anything we can do for you and your family, please do not hesitate to call us.  You and Debbie have truly been a blessing to our lives and have made us feel very special.  We know you made a lot of personal sacrifices to ensure our dream became reality.  Our home is a beautiful sanctuary; our “Little Wyoming mansion,” thanks to you.

Ed, continue to glorify God by building homes for people, because your homes outshine all the rest – you are NOT “just another construction company” and we have the living proof!  We would be honored to show our home to any prospective customers; just give us a call.
